Our art courses for children are purchased by parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing data on behalf of their children.
Annual coaching plans — 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your annual coaching plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of payment. To request a refund, email lea.richelieu.art@gmail.com with your name and order details.
Monthly coaching plans — cancellation with 30 days' notice. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period.
Online courses and digital products — no refund after access is granted. Due to the digital nature of course materials (video lessons, PDF workbooks), refunds are not available once access has been provided. Please use the $19 trial lesson to evaluate the teaching style before purchasing a full course.
Original artworks — 14-day return policy. If an original painting arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and full refund including shipping costs. Items must be returned in original packaging.
Strategy call ($150) — non-refundable. The one-time strategy call is a standalone service. Once the session has taken place, no refund is issued. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
